I just moved to seattle and it stays reading light for 16 to 18 hours here. sun up at 4am sets around 9.30, been intensely cranky. also whats gonna happen within the winter when its allways dark. do you consider it affects your mood. Any one from alaska, how do you deal near it Thanks Maybe im sleep deprived, up at dawnCan 2 much sunlight get you crazy?
you a short time ago moved-so not used to it nonetheless.the sun tires you,wears you out and dehydrates you-so drink plenty of marine.x
its possible, i love my 9 hours of sleep
