Best medication for sinus congestion or allergies.?

ive been thought kind of tired and conjested surrounded by my head for days gone by few days.i dont really have a stopped up muzzle or anything, and i was wondering if it be safe to help yourself to something like advil sinus or claritin to see if that help my head any.Best medication for sinus congestion or allergies.?
You can try SUDAFED(R) which contains the busy ingredient Pseudoephedrine, while SUDAFED PE(R) contains the active ingredient Phenylephrine. Both drugs provide similar benefits, and both bestow non-drowsy relief. Clariton can enjoy affects on your sleep. Sudafed non-drowsy formula is good so you are not tired during the daytime. Try to take a steamy shower at dark as it helps break open your sinuses and washes out the pollutants within your hair instead of them migrating toward your sinuses . After a few days you should be sense better if not see a doctor. Change your pillow casing often.
Sudafed. It works great for me. Claritin is more of a allergy medication.
You might want to try a sinus flush beside a saline product. You spray it up into your sinuses and it clears a whole bunch of cast-offs out. Messy but effective and non-drug.
Totally sheltered - just follow the bundle instructions. My allergist experimented with various prescription meds before we found what works ably for me - the OTC meds should be even more safe to do one and the same. I get the best results near Claritin 24 hour - but everyone responds a little different, so you may try a few different things. If your congestion moves to your proboscis, try Nasalcrom - nose sprays work better than the pills for me, but you hold to use it for like a week to really start getting results.
I also resembling use the saline rinses when my congestion is unbearable. It's unusual at first, but it really does clear things out and sooth swollen tissue up in within.
