Boil, spot, bite or other?

I have a lump at the rear my ear and I dono what it is. Here is some pics.
(Its a bit icky)

Ill pop chemist tomorrow but can anyone guess what it is?Boil, spot, bite or other?
um could be a boil or a bite, i would go chemist i bet they will impart you some cream, try a prirton alergy tablet and some e45 cream may take the rosiness down...
It looks like a custard full up zit! or maybe growing another ear.
