Breakdown Help?!?

If your having a breakdown, and you can't breathe what should you do?Breakdown Help?!?
lay down and do thoughtful breathing and try relaxing your body too
BreakDown or Panic Attack
In either crust... Try the closest thing to meditation you can muster
Breath surrounded by 10 count.. out 10 count.. in 10 count.. out 10 count
Do this lay down.. if it is a panic attack, you might seize dizzy
Imagine yourself in a wonderful place (for me it is the beach).. surrounded by my mind I imagine the top washing over the shoreline.. going back & forth
A Panic Attack will end on only an average of 20 minutes if you can find relaxed and get oxygen into your system
It sounds close to you are referring to an "anxiety attack" or "panic attack." When have such an attack, attempt to regulate your breathing by breathing deeply within through the nose and out through the mouth. Also, try to focus on something bar the attack, such as a place you find peaceful.
On the subject, the best substitute is to attempt to prevent the attacks in the first place. I used to hold many nouns attacks, and found that it was related to my diet and sleep. Attempt to carry 8 hours of sleep per night and label absolutely sure that your diet is floating. (Protien, carbs, vitamins, etc.)

first realize you're probably not hold a nervous breakdown (those nick time). If it comes on that fast it may be a nouns attack.
First poster was right. Deep breathe, lay down. You stipulation to calm yourself; it's not something anyone can do for you. Once you realize it's not life-threatening, that alone should relieve calm you.
