Bumps contained by stern of throat?

Ok, so last wednesday I woke up beside a huge knot the size of a marble on the pay for of my tongue. It was greatly painful, tricky, and I could barely even swallow. After that first daylight it started getting smaller and then by almost Friday it was gone. Sunday I get another one, but it wasn't as big or painful, by Tuesday it be gone. Last night I notice I was getting another one. What could these be? Has anyone else have these same symptoms?Bumps contained by stern of throat?

I get those things every once within a while. Do they look like whiteheads, merely on your throat instead of your face?
