Bed Bugs or Fleas?

How do you know if they are bed bugs or fleas? They are tiny black things that I haven't seen fly but they basically like pop up and approaching hop and in the morning after sleeping in that was approaching four on my ankles...Bed Bugs or Fleas?
those are fleas because bed ugs don't fly or hop aroung. they crawl

fleas for real they are everywhere . bed bugs are kinda roundish and dont reallly hop
Bed bugs are big compare to fleas, and I haven't see them jump, they saunter really slow and are "fat" because they suck blood like fleas but they are really big compared to fleas. They must be fleas - you can check by the smell they distribute off when they are kill, if it smells really bad, those are bed bugs
