Start your daytime with a big breakfast, control the stress within your life, help yourself to your vitamins, excercise frequently and enjoy duration... Have fun. The more you laugh, sleep and love the happier and in good health you'll be.

Be regular.. as much as possible.
Food habit...
Sleeping dependence...
exercising... What ever u can do without straining ur body...
This will markedly helpful to be strong.. So how success comes into picture... Yeh ofcourse..
If u are regular.. U will be punctual.. It is the especially very momentous... to ur carrier... added to that
Always concentrate on ur work...

Less entertainment,.. WHen comes to the entertainment module... Do as if u are born to enjoy
