Back hurts?

My very lower put money on hurts when I lie down..its so grotesque...my friend was giving me a mould a while ago and out of know where i hear this popping or cracking noise..and I be like...what the heck is that? He said that it be my back, that it have air pockets or at hand was fluid or something?? I dont remember but its a short time ago annoying when Im trying to go to bed and my backbone hurts..in the oddest place too...right where on earth my spine like ends..and right where on earth your lower back kinda curves...I donno its a short time ago weird..anyone a doctor or something? any planning? thnx!Back hurts?
lay on your back on the bed, hoist one leg with the knees bent, straighten the leg and lower it slowly to the bed, do this several time alternating legs, until you hear your back popping, and your rear legs will stop hurting when you lay down, if the pain returns, repeat the procedure.
You want to SEE a doctor to find out what is wrong. Without x-rays and examining you there is no process anyone on here can have a clue what is wrong next to your back.
