Besides walking alot, is at hand a method to increase passive/casual walking speed? Without blowing stamina.?

I mean tramp normally, but increasing the speed 'without noticing' and in need going through your stamina like you would when 'walking fast'.Besides walking alot, is at hand a method to increase passive/casual walking speed? Without blowing stamina.?

2 increase slowly on increasing walking speed
3 keeps store of th e time
4 also us and exercise bike if you have 1
