I work in a immediate hospital, not CMC, but I suggest you call up their switchboard and ask to chitchat to social services. If they aren't available, the ER should be able to impart you numbers to local places. If they won't help you, bid Roane Medical ER, 865-882-4379. I know for a fact they enjoy a list of several different places.
