Blue fingers?

for the last 5 weeks my moved out thumb and index finger are blue i thought i was bitten doctor didnt reflect so .. put me on steroids prednisone ... said if it is not gone in 10 days i inevitability an ultra sound on my vanished arm to make sure i d ont own a blockage somewhere .. anybody knows what the blue fingers could tight or much an ultra sound would cost me since i dont own insurance ? i know its a circulation problem . but im really worried now ..... gratefulness to everyone that takes time out to answer ...Blue fingers?

doesnt thing what it costs - set up a payment plan near the clinic doing the testing...here may also be a program thru social services that can help you money the costs. get this figure out and be aggressive - if you have no circulation - you could loose your fingers...they would "die" and nearby is no restoration.
It probably isn't a bite but if it is you will notice a big difference on the prednisone. Blue fingers can niggardly you have blockage but if you do they would most feasible be cool to touch as well as tingle or enjoy decreased attitude in them. Nothing medical is cheap I really dont know how much an US costs but if it doesn't advance you will have to do something otherwise you could be looking at a hospital stay and that would without doubt be more expensive than outpatient testing. You might check into free or low cost clinics even small towns usually hold something like this. You can start by calling your local hospital and asking to speak near a social worker they have adjectives of this information.
