Starflower Oil.it has a greater concentration of GLA which is better for balancing hormones and excellent for your skin.
Also try Agnus Castus...another one for your hormones! I manifestly know when I've run out of these!hehehe So does everyone else grrrrrr!lol
Eveing primose oil is upposed ot oblige maybe try that save speak to local chemist, natural food shop or try one of those chinese herbal remedy places!

u must take multivitamin on regular argument if u hemoglobin count is low then some iron will also give a hand but take it after consulting a Dr
My ex Mrs used to suffer really weakly with PMT, and she used to hold Star Flower oil, she swore by it and it did seem to be to improve her temperament! ... try it you never know, ooh and the usual sunflower grease!
Evening Primrose Oil is supposed to be good and its unconscious.
I have this too so I sympathise beside u entirely.
The life investor (literally!) is high doses of Evening Primrose Oil. I embezzle two 1000mg capsuals everyday the week before im due on. It does work believe me!
At the first sign of bad temper I take a vitamin B6 tablet. It works for me, brings me posterior to my usual sunny self almost immediately. My daughter have just started near the mood swings etc & it's helped her too. I expiration up taking it for two or three days each month.
The solitary problem is recognising when you need it... it take a very courageous 'other half' near diplomacy skills to ask if you've taken your B6 today...
use Starflower oil - it help me a great deal. There again, so did Damiana drops (taste foul!)
