Arm and leg muscles?

For next institution year I want everything to be perfect.
i'm already within the process of making my hair sound, but I have a slight problem. I WANT LEG AND ARM MUSCLES.
How can I do it? I do NOT enjoy acces to a gym and I dont have dumb bells. or anything they are called.
Anyway I can do this earlier August?Arm and leg muscles?
30 PUSH UPS WHEN YOU WAKE UIP
40 BEFORE YOU SLEEP
20 CURL UPS WHEN YOU WAKE UP
10 CURL UPS BEFORE YOU GO TO SLEEP
push ups and run
run 26.2 miles each afternoon with a watermelon contained by each mitt.
jump rope and push ups..you will see big time difference
Lift things around the house. But how aged are you? Seriously, consult a doctor before undertaking any strenuous flurry, especially if you're at a school age (I'm guessing you're around 15?)
hi,for starters! you can start swimming.There is no exercise such as swimming.Otherwise you can start tomfoolery or cycling but it is too boring.See ya!
Doing calisthenics really helps, essentially stretching exercises that elongate the muscle, a lot of squats and lunges for the legs and making a fist beside your hands and pushing put money on from your chest to your back next to your arms and push ups, if you have access to a pool, achieve some empty bottles (plastic) hermetically sealed, and do arm exercises in the hose down by letting the pressure of the water and leave bottles provide the resistance, that's also a great place to work on your legs too.
