Area surrounding my heart hurt. Does anyone know why?

Two days ago I was fine until I woked up surrounded by the morning and feel pains surrounding the nouns around my heart, sometimes the would upper chest hurt. Its feel similar to a toothache...start hurting a little bit and go away. And I feel resembling there is pressure around my heart nouns and breathing is hard. Sometimes the stomach throbbing as well. I don't smoke, drink, and never have this problem before. I tried everything such as; heat pad, icy hot, ibupropen, and other muscle twinge products. Right now within is a pressure and I feel close to I can't breathe normally. Please give a hand!Area surrounding my heart hurt. Does anyone know why?
Yes see a Doctor soon, I am awaiting a minor heart op after an ECG discovered I had developed arrhythmia.
Remain quiet - get checked out, it may only just be heartburn which can also give aching similar to what you have described and it may closing a couple of days or so.
probably the circulation of the blood wasn't flowing very ably (depending on what posture you sleep-sideways, face-down,etc.)
It is possible the muscle surrounding Ur heart is swelling up.
Same symptoms on the breathing & pain happen to me in 83. I thought I be having a heart attach & go to the ER. Turned it was from stress somehow that be making the muscle swell. Put me on xanax & I have not have that problem again. I know U don't want 2 hear this but U need to see a doctor.
