Are people frightened to donate organs to salvage lives. Such as a Living Will, or removal of these organs?

No One know, what they might feel,
or not surface, after death, so I have an idea that,
some people, may indeed be frightened.
My drivers license say whole body donation.
They can own what ever they need. I for one,
am pretty sure, I will not be need it any longer,
after passing.
