I get motion sick particularly easily when riding within the car, is in attendance anything I can do to overcome this? Are near any cures for motion sickness?
I get it to, but near is no absolute "cure." The most influential medicine is Dramamine, a drug that may receive you feel sleepy but really help.
I'm not sure about any perminent cures, but I do know that chewing gum help relieve it.
I remember reading about it somewhere and tried it out myself (since I am sensitive too). It works.
There are medication you can take until that time you go on a boat/car/plane etc. that can trigger motion sickness. if surrounded by a car, it's also best to sit in close proximity the window and breathe the fresh nouns, I get vehicle sick a lot, but sometimes it can be the fumes from the saloon itself, not just one motion sick.
I have it, too. I own to concentrate. If you are the driver, concentrate on driving. If you have music playing, turn it rotten or listen to a news warren. Don't read a book. For me, if I concentrate, then I don't win sick.
No cure, but lots of treatments. Dramamine is one and that's readily available at the pharmacy. There's also a prescription patch call Scopolamine -- it's used more on cruises but would probably work for a long car ride. How going on for some herbal treatments? They're inexpensive and effective, too:
